Browser play, saves, purchases and support for Airplane Fleet Manager and Truck Fleet Manager.
Which games can I play in a browser?
Airplane Fleet Manager and Truck Fleet Manager are free to start in your browser. You do not need to install an app.
Can I play without signing in?
Yes. Play as Guest saves progress in the current browser. Clearing site data or switching browsers can remove access to that guest save. Sign in with Google for a web cloud save.
How do Google cloud saves work?
Sign in with the same Google account to recover that game’s web cloud progress on another browser or device. Internet is needed to synchronize. Airplane and Truck progress are stored separately; playing one does not overwrite the other.
Are browser saves and purchases shared with Android or iOS?
No. Browser saves and purchases are separate from the mobile versions. Using the same email address does not transfer progress or purchases between web, Android and iOS.
How do I start from my city in Airplane Fleet Manager?
During setup, search for your country, then your city, then choose an available airport. For example: Singapore → Changi → Singapore Changi Airport (SIN). The associated starting region is shown during selection.
How do rewarded ads work?
Choose an available Watch offer and finish the video to earn its reward. A download or store visit is not required. Leaving early gives no reward and does not use a successful daily claim. Internet, daily limits and ad availability can affect offers.
What do Remove Ads and passes remove?
In Airplane Fleet Manager, ad-free benefits stop forced full-screen pop-up ads. Optional rewarded videos remain available. First Flight gives seven days; eligible bundles and Remove Ads give permanent removal. Pass benefits and their duration are listed in the shop.
How do I cancel an airplane monthly pass?
Open Airplane Fleet Manager → Shop → Manage subscription. VIP and Ultra renew monthly until canceled. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not itself refund earlier payments. Account deletion does not cancel a subscription.
Can I play offline?
Internet is needed to load the airplane browser game and online services. Guest progress being saved locally does not guarantee an offline launch. Cloud saves, Google sign-in, payments and advertisements require internet. The truck game supports cached core gameplay after its required files are available.
What if a purchase is missing?
Make sure you are signed in to the same game account, then try Restore purchases in that game’s shop. If the purchase is still missing, email support with the game name, platform, purchase date and receipt reference. Do not buy again just to retry.

Start the subject with the game name
Include Web, Android or iOS; what happened; your device/browser; and a screenshot if helpful. For account requests, include your account email. For purchase issues, include the date and order or receipt reference. Never send passwords, full card numbers or security codes.
For airplane web account deletion, email us from the Google account used in the game so ownership can be checked. Truck players can use the game’s Delete web cloud account action or contact us. Clearing guest data removes only that browser’s local save. Cancel any subscription separately.
