Digital purchases
Digital purchases are generally non-refundable once delivered, except where required by applicable law. This policy does not limit your applicable statutory rights.
Missing items, duplicate charges or payment issues
Email contact@idlemanagergames.com. Start the subject with Airplane Fleet Manager, Truck Fleet Manager or the relevant game name. Include the platform, account email, purchase date and order or receipt reference. Never send passwords, full card numbers or security codes.
Monthly subscriptions
Airplane VIP and Ultra passes renew monthly until canceled. Cancel future renewals through Airplane Fleet Manager → Shop → Manage subscription. Cancellation does not itself refund earlier payments. Deleting an account does not cancel a subscription.
Apple and Google purchases
Purchases made through Apple or Google stores must use that store’s refund process. Web, Android and iOS purchases are separate.
